Positive: The location is so convenient to supermarket, coffee bars and wonderful restaurants in the area as well as walking distance to main attractions like Castle, Duomo etc., Negative: Water pressure in shower very low. Noise of footsteps in flat above annoying!
Positive: The Concierge was very nice, and helpful Cabinets were full of towels and toiletriesAlso, communication through Whatsapp was very efficient and helpful, Negative: Special care for cleaners to avoid discomforting odors.
Positive: Super location and spacious flat with a lot of utilities. The communication with the host was smooth, especially having in mind that we booked it on the day of check-in!, Negative: If there are more than two guests, some guest(s) would have to sleep on the sofa in the living room which is broken and extremely uncomfortable!
